Good evening,

Emails were  sent to boats where the skipper and/or crew had not signed the mandatory waive as part of your registration for the West Dennis Invitational.

Please consult the email you received from Clubspot for this regatta and complete that task before arriving tomorrow. Failure to do so will slow down check in and racing for all. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, Please reach out to me via text.

Happy Sunday,  A few logistics before Monday’s West Dennis Invitational.

1. If your crew is listed as “pending” today is the day to upload that information.  You will not be allowed to check in until your registration is complete. 
   (In some cases, crew registration info is not complete or the skipper and/or crew did not sign the regatta waive form).
   
   
2. If you registered without a valid sail number, please update your registration. 
   
   
3. Boats can start arriving after Sunday after 6 pm to the West Dennis residential beach. Boats will be launched from the West Dennis YC - NOT THE BEACH - so don’t put your mast up in the parking lot.  Wait until the boats are moved to WDYC.  You may be able to get a trailer into WDYC this evening, but be aware, the Sunday cook-out is a very popular event and the parking lot is likely to be full.
   
   
4. Trailers arriving on Monday morning can come straight to WDYC to unload. Trailers and cars will end up parking at the West Dennis residents beach lot.  Pick up your parking pass at check-in.
   
   
5. Coach boats can be launched at WDYC.  Empty trailers can be left at the West Dennis residents beach lot.   Coaches must turn in a “Coach registration form” at the time of check in.  Forms are located at the check in desk.
   
   
6. The Sailing Instruction have been posted on the Regatta Site.
