Do I need to be a member to have my wedding at the WDYC?
At the minimum, an Associate Membership is required to hold a wedding at the club. Room rental rates are inclusive of Associate Membership dues. 

Can the WDYC accomodate my Ceremony?
On site ceremonies are available dependent upon the number of guests and the season. We offer 2 options for your ceremony, our waterfront lawn or the indoor lounge.

Do you charge a Ceremony fee?
For all ceremonies, a $500.00 fee will be charged.

Does the WDYC offer tables, chairs, linens and tableware packages?
Tables and chairs are provided by the club as part of the room rental fee.Various table setting packages are offered inclusive of linens, napkins, china, flatware and glassware starting under $10 per person.

Do you have a liquor license?
The club has a full liquor license and offers several beverage options for your celebration.

Does the WDYC provide Catering?
An exceptional dining experience is provided for WDYC functions by EcoRoo. Ecoroo offers premium catering for many functions including wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, banquets, personal and corporate parties, clambakes and more. Their function coordinator, Florence Steven, a French native, with many years of experience both in Europe and America, brings a little of the Riviera to Nantucket Sound.

What is your payment policy?
A 25% deposit is required at the time your wedding reception is confirmed on our calendar. The balance is due 14 days prior to your wedding reception, when your final head count will also be due. All final invoices will reflect 6.25 % sales tax and 20% service charge.
